The pandemic forced organizations like the National Association of Independent Schools to quickly shift to virtual conferences in 2020, now they are transitioning back with renewed purpose. While this year’s larger NAIS annual conference remained digital, the association invited a smaller group of heads of schools to the inaugural NAIS Heads’ Summit in Baltimore—an event prioritizing connection and conversation for the two days prior to the annual conference.

The energy of finally gathering in person again matched the bold branding that KINETIK created reigniting and recharging the school leaders before their full conference with the timely theme: “Remembering Our Why—Finding Joy and Inspiration in Our Work.”
